- Za’atar and lemon asparagus velouté with pomegranate pearls and feta cheese
- Strawberry, hearts of palm, blue cheese, and candied walnut salad with a Champagne emulsion

- Deconstructed Beef Wellington with a Madeira wine sauce, Parmesan and garlic cream Dauphinoise potatoes and ratatouille
- Bread and butter pudding with salted caramel sauce, vanilla bean creme anglaise, and soft berry compote
