CANCELLATION POLICY
- Two shipment minimum. Customers canceling their membership prior to the 2 shipment minimum will be charged for any benefits received prior to meeting this minimum.
- Please complete our Wine Club Cancellation Request Form with your intention to cancel within 2 weeks prior to next wine club shipment. If for any reason you need additional assistance please contact us at wineclub@lonestarwinecellars.com.
CLUB PICKUP PARTIES
If you are unable to attend… NO WORRIES! Your wine is safe with us! All club orders are kept in your customer file and can be picked up at your earliest convenience or can be shipped right to your doorstep! (shipping charges apply) We are unfortunately prohibited from shipping to the following states AL, DE, MS, OK, PA, SD, UT.
